The apartment is located in a well maintained residential area yet in a central position. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, grill, gas cooker, refrigerator with deep freezer. The living area features a cosy double bed, a sofa, dining table, TV and a HIFI entertainment system with CD player. Heating is provided with a gas convector.
